Community Involvement

Not only is Lakeland Christian located in the heart of the city…the school has a heart for the city.

LCS realizes the importance of being an active community partner – of being a “good neighbor” and using its vast resources to positively impact the Lakeland community.

The school has been a member of the Lakeland Area Chamber of Commerce for decades and is also an active member of the Lakeland Economic Development Council.

Lakeland Christian enjoys its participation and involvement in activities and projects that benefit the community. For instance, the school is proud to be a Monarch sponsor in the exciting Kaleidoscope program, which will fund the construction of CommonGround, a playground for children of varying abilities and disabilities.
