Athletic competition plays an important role at Lakeland Christian School. Students learn valuable lessons about being part of a team, winning graciously, building friendships, having a good attitude, and respecting others.
While athletics are a valuable part of the Lakeland Christian experience, it can also be an expensive one. Coaches’ salaries, uniforms, equipment and facility costs are just a few of the many expenses involved in maintaining an athletic program.
Through the Viking Athletic Booster Club, members of the Lakeland Christian School family—parents, grandparents, alumni and friends—can help provide financial assistance for all of the sports programs at LCS.
The 2007-08 Viking Athletic Booster Club offers several levels of membership:
- Athletic Gold Century Club - $400.00
Family non-transferable pass for admission to all home regular season athletic events (volleyball, basketball, and soccer), admission for four chair-back seats (only 400 available) to all home regular season football games, and two parking decals for FREE parking to all home football games. Admits four people to Football Tailgate/Kickoff Party and to the Football End of Season Awards Banquet. - Royal Quarterback Club - $200.00
Four non-transferable chair-back seat (only 400 available) season passes good for admission to all home regular season football games, two parking decals for FREE parking to all home games, name listed in the football program (if received by 7/15/07) , admits four people to Tailgate/Kickoff Party and to the End of Season Awards Banquet. - White Quarterback Club - $100.00
