Basketball
Girls - Finishing the season with a record of 7-16, Coach Keith Overholt led his young team to a District Championship in 2010.
Boys - Named District 12, Class 2A FACA Coach of the Year, first year head coach Todd Radford led his team to a record of 13-11 in 2009-10. Senior Chris Cleghorn was named Player of the Year by the FACA for District 12, Class 2A for the 2009-10 season.
Soccer
Girls - Under the leadership of Jason Streets, the Lady Vikes fought their way to the Regional Final game during the 2009-2010 season. The girls' team finished with a record of 16-7-2.
Boys - LCS alum and third-year head coach Grandy Streets and the Viking varsity soccer team easily shut out their opponents on the way to a District title and a record of 15-7 for the 2009-2010 season.
JH Boys - With hopes of one day playing for the Viking Varsity soccer team, these young players are working on developing their skills and enjoying the thrill of soccer competition.
Cheerleading
Anyone who doubts that cheerleading is a sport should watch the LCS cheerleaders as they cheer on the basketball team. These girls combine strength, coordination, and athleticism with cheerfulness and school spirit.
