WHAT LED YOU TO LAKELAND CHRISTIAN SCHOOL?

When volunteering at LCS, I saw the project-based science learning in which students were engaged, and it was amazing! It is something I had always wanted to do as a “Christian school teacher,” but never managed to find the time. The RISE Institute was a fit from the start.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING TO TEACH IN YOUR CLASS?

Directing students to handle the imperfections dished out by life is among the greatest teaching privileges I enjoy. In photography, for example, there are so many ways to goof—and it’s important for students to push past the errors they have made and adjust to make the next shot better.

WHAT IS ONE FUN FACT THAT MOST PEOPLE DON’T KNOW ABOUT YOU? 

Video games are a (very) occasional guilty pleasure, my favorite being the Forza racing series.
