Substitute Teachers

Substitute teachers play an important role at Lakeland Christian School. When a teacher is ill or away from his/her students due to a professional obligation elsewhere, it is imperative that the school make every effort to keep instruction moving forward in spite of teacher absence. Substitute Teacher Applications are processed throughout the school year when there is a need to add to the current pool of available substitutes. A processing fee of $75 is required to cover the cost of background screening and drug testing which are required for employment. This is payable when final paperwork is completed and screening appointments are made. If you are interested in a substitute teacher position at LCS, please fill out the application and return it to the school.
