Lakeland Christian School
One of the core values of LCS is the belief that we are partnering with parents in the Christian education of their children. We believe that mutual respect, communication and involvement by all partners is essential for success of our mission.LCS is a school. We believe that being a Christian school and being a top-flight academic institution should not be mutually exclusive. On the contrary, we take the mandate of Colossians 3:23 that calls us to strive to be the best. We provide a variety of rigorous, engaging, academic and co-curricular activities that enable students to identify and express the full range of their unique gifts and abilities.Jace has attended LCS since Kindergarten and has been a member of the Mock Trial Team since 9th grade (serving this year as the only returning competing member), including 2 second place finishes at the state competition and a 6th place finish at the Empire World competition in NYC. Jace has been also involved in Choir, Chamber Ensemble, the Men’s Ensemble and the Fine Arts Department having done 7 spring play productions and 4 fall musical productions (His favorite role being Gaston in Beauty and the Beast). He has been the Class of 2020 Secretary his Freshman, Junior, and Senior year. Jace is in the National Honor Society, the National English Honor Society, the Tri-M Music Honor Society, and the Law Honor Society. He was also a member of the 2019 HOCO Court. After Graduation Jace will be attending Furman University where he will study Politics and International Affairs and be a member of their Mock Trial Team.
