Lakeland Christian SchoolOne of the core values of LCS is the belief that we are partnering with parents in the Christian education of their children. We believe that mutual respect, communication and involvement by all partners is essential for success of our mission.LCS is a school. We believe that being a Christian school and being a top-flight academic institution should not be mutually exclusive. On the contrary, we take the mandate of Colossians 3:23 that calls us to strive to be the best. We provide a variety of rigorous, engaging, academic and co-curricular activities that enable students to identify and express the full range of their unique gifts and abilities.
Lakeland Christian School is an excellent place for students who want a great education, extensive extracurricular opportunities, friends for life and a solid biblical foundation. LCS is also an excellent place to work. If you are interested in obtaining a faculty or staff position at Lakeland Christian School, please see the information below.

Substitute Teacher Positions
Substitute teachers play an important role at Lakeland Christian School. When a teacher is ill or away from his/her students due to a professional obligation elsewhere, it is imperative that the school make every effort to keep instruction moving forward in spite of the teacher’s absence. Substitute Teacher Applications are processed throughout the school year when there is a need to add to the current pool of available substitutes. A processing fee of $75 is required to cover the cost of background screening and drug testing, which are required for employment. This is payable when final paperwork is completed and screening appointments are made. If you are interested in a substitute teacher position at LCS, please click the link below.
